• Group 1–No treatment (placebo)
• Group 2–Green Lipped Mussel (GLM) plus Krill Oil (50mg/
• Group 3–Biota Orientalis Extracts
• Group 4–Meloxicam (NSAID)

Findings:

• Groups 1 and 3 saw little to no pain relief.
• Groups 2 and 4 saw significant, comparable improvement in pain relief with Group 4 doing slightly better.
