Refund policy

Returns:

LUVAPUP™ does not accept returns. If a product is defective or damaged when you receive it, just photograph the defect or damage and send it to support@luvapuphealth.com. If the photo depicts a material defect or damage, we will send you a replacement for free. This right to a replacement expires 20 days after receipt of the order.

Refunds:

We believe that you (and your pup) should have a reasonable period to try our product to see if it's right for you. Studies of our active ingredients show that most dogs see noticeable improvement within 90 days.

This is why we have a 90-day unconditional refund policy. This means that if a product does not meet your expectations for any reason, and if you notify us within 90 days after your first order for that product is delivered, we will refund all charges incurred during that period.

Any refund will be credited to the mode of payment used for the order. This right to a refund expires 90 days after your first delivery.
